Right on, Jeff. Branding is the entire enchilada, and soooo many nonprofits just aren't aware of that. I guess that's why you and I are in this biz - to help them bring their missions along. :)

With you 500%, Jeff. It's right up there with organization's that shout about their new websites...with no focus on the value the new site delivers for users/stakeholders! Self-referential.

In the end, it comes back to the old problem -- all about the org, needs to be about the base!
